1. The subject of this order is the delivery of two brand-new insulation devices (hereinafter referred to as Equipment) free from legal and physical defects. 2. Description of the technical and functional parameters as well as other types of properties required by the Ordering Party minimum for the apparatus referred to in section 1 above, as well as its required equipment (so-called technical and scope description of the delivery item) are provided in Annex No. 2 SWZ. 3. The scope of delivery constituting the subject of this order includes at least: 1) Sales i delivery of the offered Equipment to the Ordering Party (hereinafter referred to as the Equipment Delivery Place), which will be located in Plewiska near Poznań. The specific address of the Equipment Delivery Place is provided in section 3. 1 of the Contract Template (Appendix No. 7 SWZ);2) Preparation for operation by the Ordering Party of the Equipment delivered to it, consisting at least in carrying out its assembly at the Place of Equipment Delivery and performing other types of appropriate installation activities of individual devices, components and other physical elements, as well as (after completing the assembly and installation activities indicated above) performing the first test run...
