The subject of the procedure is to collect offers for the supply of interface drivers for data conversion of various protocols. Analog-digital. For wagons type 111A-40 and 112A-40, a total quantity of up to 133 wagons. Requirements: In accordance with the attached specification: 111A-40-112A-40-ST-035-00The offer should include the following items:1. Net price and payment terms (30-day transfer), 2. Delivery time of the first sets from the moment of placing the official order/signing the contract - subsequent deliveries will be made as agreed please confirm delivery dates for repeat orders in advance, 3. Validity period of the offer, 4. Warranty terms for 48 months counted from the date of receipt of the wagons5. Delivery conditions - DAP required acc. Incoterms 2020, 6. Person to contact, 7. Declaration of meeting the requirements of the specification and guarantee of providing technical and quality documentation in accordance with the Specification, 8. Additionally, attaching an offer for various warranty options - 24 months, 36 months, 60 months.9. Declaration from the supplier's side of having an already manufactured device.
