Tender Details

"Delivery of insurance and coaching vessel" The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor for the delivery of an insurance and training vessel for the performance of numerous tasks related to the training process in sports sailing and rowing, provision during training and competitions, referred to as "goods" for short, detailed in the Technical Specification (Appendix #1) to the documentation. The subject includes commissioning, road trials and training of up to 5 (five) employees. The subject of the order also includes the service, upon request of the Contracting Authority, of removing the vessel with a wheelwright, winterization, parking and security during the winter period, preparation and launching of water before the summer period at a location, on the territory of the city of Varna, provided by the Contractor, for a period of not less than 36 (thirty-six) months, starting from the date of signing the handover protocols for delivery and commissioning. The proposed vessel, outboard engine, wheeler and additional equipment must have parameters identical to or better than the minimum requirements of the Employer specified in the technical specifications.
