The subject of the order is the delivery, installation, configuration and implementation of 4 FC switches together with software for the expansion of MRPiPS data processing centers 2. Detailed information regarding the description, scope and conditions of implementation of the subject of the order are specified in: Draft Provisions of the Agreement (PPU) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ together with appendices, in particular the Technical Specification, constituting Annex No. 1 to the PPU 3. Pursuant to Art. 16b section 2 of the Act, the Ordering Party specifies that the offered switches originating from third countries that are not parties to WTO agreements on procurement government contracts (GPA), or other international agreements guaranteeing access to the public procurement market on the basis of reciprocity and equality, to which the European Union is a party, are not permitted in these proceedings 3.1. The subject of the order is delivery, installation, configuration and implementation of 4 FC switches with software for the expansion of MRPiPS data processing centers. 3.2.
