The public order is not divided into separate items, in view of the fact that it is a matter of supplying a single system, which neither technically nor functionally can be divided with a view to assigning the subject of delivery to more than one potential contractor. The place of delivery is the city of Yambol, Panayot Hitov Street No. 30.
