The subject of the order is "Delivery, installation, installation and commissioning of Ramanov spectrometer" for the needs of the Faculty of Physics of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", under the INFRAMAT Consortium project from the National Roadmap for Scientific Infrastructure, Agreement Д01-96/26.06.2025 between IPH-BAN (coordinator of INFRAMAT) and MES.

The subject of the public procurement will be referred to in this documentation as "APPARAT/A" for brevity.

Order execution includes 3 stages.

The stages of the execution of the order are as follows:

1) Delivery of the equipment to the building of the Faculty of Physics (FzF) of SU "St. Kliment Ohridski".

2) Assembly/installation, setup and input into operation of the equipment by qualified personnel of the participant and demonstration of the requested parameters of the equipment.

3) Training of a specialist/s designated by the contracting authority for the management of the equipment, conducted by qualified personnel of the participant.

Part of the items that are sensitive like lenses, diffraction gratings, optical filters will be assembled at the place designated for assembly and installation. For maximum security during the transport of the specified sensitive items, special packaging is also required.

Completion of delivery and installation/commissioning of the equipment will be certified by signing a handover protocol by proper representatives of the contractor and the contracting authority.
