Its aim is to inform the population about events, activities of local associations, general announcements, messages of general interest as well as commercial messages. This assignment includes the delivery, installation, making the hardware ready for use as well as the maintenance of the LED signs. In addition, the concessionaire provides the Content Management System (CMS), including updates and upgrades during the term of the concession, to manage the signs and messages and makes them available to the local government. He provides training to administrators from local government. This CMS also serves to control the information screens in municipal buildings. These signs are only open for messages from the local government. Commercial messages cannot/may not be played on this.
