Tender Details

The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and launch of telecommunications and application solutions. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annexes No. 12a, 12b, 12c to the SWZ. Information regarding delivery rules, guarantees and remuneration is included in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ - contract template. The Ordering Party reserves the right to appropriately modify the contract template in the event that one contractor is awarded a public contract for more than one task of this proceedings. The order will be financed from external funds under investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care" (recruitment number: KPOD.07.03-IP.10-001/25) National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO). The contractor is obliged to perform the order in compliance with the principles of environmental protection and sustainable development, in accordance with the DNSH principle. In particular, the contractor will ensure: • that transport, packaging and delivery method limits the emission of pollutants and waste, • that the supplied equipment meets environmental requirements (including RoHS, REACH, energy efficiency), • that the waste generated will be managed in accordance with waste and WEEE regulations. Ordering party reserves - at the stage of contract implementation - the right to check compliance of the implementation with DNSH requirements.
