Delivery, installation and launch of remote, NFC-based access to telecommunications cabinets of the Lublin Regional Broadband Network 1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and commissioning of remote access based on NFC technology telecommunications cabinets of the Lublin Regional Broadband Network. 2. Remote access should be implemented on AGMAR cabinets, type HB2, WSD3K PLUS with an RS700/710 swing handle. 3.The required system must be NFC-based and include a battery-free and cable-free system for closing and opening telecommunications cabinets using a smartphone, providing simultaneous access control for persons authorized to use the electronic key. 4.All closing elements must be present energy self-sufficient, cannot require the use of batteries or cabling, the required energy must be collected wirelessly from an NFC-compatible smartphone. 5.The scope of delivery must also include not less than two programming keys inserts and the supplied inserts must be self-latching, and at the same time they must ensure the possibility of collision-free opening of each of the four cabinet compartments (tilting handles cannot overlap each other and the handle with the antenna installed on them must enable collision-free rotation of the lock unlocking knobs by users). 6.
