1. The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly and commissioning of an automatic parking system (hereinafter referred to as the System) integrated with the Ordering Party's ESOK system for the parking lot at the Atlantis Municipal Swimming Pool in Poznań.2. Detailed description of the subject of the order constitutes Annex No. 6 to SWZ.3. The subject of the contract includes: 1) delivery of the Subject of the contract, 2) assembly and installation, 3) commissioning, 4) service during the warranty period, 5) training of the Ordering Party's staff in the use of the parking system.4. Ordering party declares that if the documentation for the described solutions contains names characterizing specific suppliers and manufacturers, these names are only illustrative or to describe the integration requirements. The contractor may offer equivalent solutions providing at least the same level of functionality, quality, performance and compatibility.
