5.2. The subject of the order includes in particular: 1) part of the projects: a) development of a permanent traffic organization design for each location of the device b) obtaining a positive opinion of the road manager, opinion of the District Police Headquarters in the case of district roads and approval of the permanent traffic organization design by the traffic management authority, c) all costs of developing, agreeing and approving the permanent traffic organization designs are borne by the Contractor.2) execution part: a) supply of radar speed displays, b) execution construction and assembly works, c) installation and commissioning of devices and tidying up work sites, d) maintenance and servicing of the delivered device during the warranty period. e) marking of devices in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party, f) handover as-built documentation (electrical diagram, operating instructions, device data sheets, CE declarations of conformity, certificates, commissioning protocols).5.2.1.
