Tender Details

The subject of the order is the delivery, installation, configuration and implementation of IT systems fully compatible with the ERP class system installed at the City Hall, along with the required licenses, documentation, migration and integration, training package, one-year warranty, service, technical assistance and maintenance, and then maintenance after the warranty period until December 31, 2028. The detailed scope of services, quality requirements and acceptance rules are determined by OPZ and the designed provisions of the contract. The basic scope includes: eDocument EZD.JST - eDelivery service in the scope of PURDE (1 pc.) and 200 access licenses for named users; REPOSITORY for systems: POSESJA dimension (9 pcs.), FINANSE/FK (15 pcs.), DISPONENT (15 pcs.), REGISTER OF OPATS (9 pcs.), REGISTER OF UMW (6 pcs.), PERPETUAL USUFICATION (6 pcs.) and TRANSFORMATIONS (1 pcs.); R_KSeF purchase (1 pc.) and R_KSeF sell (1 pc.); and Stage II - maintenance after the warranty period until December 31, 2028.
