The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly and connection of a power generating unit for the needs of the District Office in Puck, in connection with the implementation of the grant project titled Cybersecure Self-Government2. As part of the subject of the order referred to in section 1, Contractor is obliged to deliver, install and connect (start up) a power generating unit for the emergency power supply of the building of the District Office in Puck at ul. Kolejowa 7b. The generator will be located in front of the District Office building. 3. The power generator is to be brand new, i.e. unused, undamaged, unregenerated, not encumbered with the rights of persons or third parties. The device must have the approvals and certificates required by law, especially regarding the finished product. The contractor is responsible for the quality the delivered order item in its entirety. 4. Details regarding the implementation of the subject of the order are included in the studies constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ Detailed description of the subject of the order. 5. For the part of the order covered by this delivery, it is necessary execution of construction works.
