1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of equipment IT, software and ICT systems at SZPZOZ im. Children of Warsaw in Dziekanow Leśny, in accordance with the description of the subject of the order (OPZ), which specifies the detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract. The order is not divided into parts. 2. The subject of the order is being implemented as part of the project entitled "Accelerating the digital transformation processes in the Children's Hospital of Warsaw in Dziekanow Leśny as part of the D1.1.2 investment "Accelerating the digital transformation processes in health care through further development of digital services in health care. 3. Detailed description of the subject the order is contained in this SWZ together with annexes, in particular: 1) Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - Product and price form; 2) Annex No. 2.1 to SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ); 3) Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract (PPU). 4.
