The subject of the order is the delivery, installation, configuration and launch of IT equipment, software and ICT systems at the SZPZOZ im. Children of Warsaw in Dziekanów Leśny, in accordance with the item description order (OPZ), which specifies the detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract. The order is not divided into parts. 2. The subject of the order is implemented as part of the project called "Accelerating the digital transformation processes at the Children's Health Care Center Warsaw in Dziekanów Leśny” as part of the investment D1.1.2 “Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care.” 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in this ToR together with attachments, in particular: 1) Annex No. 2 to SWZ - Assortment and price form; 2) Annex No. 2.1 to SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ); 3) Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract (PPU). 4.
