Tender Details

The subject of the order is: Delivery, installation and configuration of an electronic key depository system. As part of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to: - prepare an executive design and as-built documentation; - delivery, assembly and configuration of a brand new electronic depository system for storing, identifying and automatically issuing keys together with software, a desktop reader for proximity cards, key fobs, and a management computer; - carrying out training; - provision of free warranty service, including annual inspection and maintenance (the first inspection and maintenance of the depository system will take place after 12 months from the date of signing the partial acceptance protocol for a given location) during the period warranty in the indicated locations of the Ordering Party: ZUS Inspectorate in Inowrocaw ul. Solankowa 15ZUS Inspectorate in Nakło nad Noteci ul. Bohaterów 12A, ZUS Inspectorate in ul. Wojska Polskiego 87A, ZUS Inspectorate in Tuchola, ul.
