Task No. 1 Task no. 2 1.The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and configuration of devices and software. 2. The order is carried out as part of the project entitled "Implementation of e-services in the Health Care Complex in Końskie - Specialist Hospital. Saint Łukasza” as part of the D1.1.2 investment “Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care”. 3.Compatibility requirements for ICT solutions 1) If the subject of the order includes or may include include an ICT product, ICT service or ICT process, the contractor is obliged to offer only ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes that, on the date of submission of offers: a) are not indicated in the recommendation referred to in Art. 33 section 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; b) do not include an ICT product whose type was specified in the decision to recognize the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Art. 67b section 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, nor the ICT service or ICT process specified in this decision. 2) If the contractor offers ICT solutions, he is obliged to clearly identify it in the offer each ICT solution offered, in particular by indicating: a) name of the solution, b) manufacturer or supplier, c) type, model, version or other marking allowing its identification...
