Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and commissioning of: a) UV robots for room disinfection - 2 pcs. b) Robotic individual walking trainers - 2 pcs. c) Accompanying robots with AI capabilities - nursing assistant - 3 pcs., hereinafter referred to as "equipment". 2. Description of the item order was included in the "Required parameters" form (Annex 2 to SWZ, hereinafter also referred to as "FPW"), this form must be submitted together with the offer form (Annex 1 to SWZ, hereinafter also referred to as "FO). 3. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor, when implementing the subject of the contract, acts in accordance with with the principle of "do no serious harm" (DNSH), as set out in Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852, in particular: • ensured that the devices meet energy efficiency requirements, • ensured the required environmental certificates, • ensured minimization of emissions and impacts on environment, • collected and managed waste generated during delivery, installation or servicing in accordance with the waste management hierarchy (prevention, reuse, recycling, recovery, disposal), • transport and installation of devices were carried out in a way that minimized the impact on the environment. 4. The Ordering Party pursuant to Art. 30 section 2 of the Public Procurement Act, awards the contract in parts, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure. 5.
