Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and commissioning of two endoscopic sets, hereinafter referred to as "equipment". 2. The description of the subject of the order was included in the "Required parameters" form (Annex 2 to SWZ, hereinafter also referred to as "FPW"), form this must be submitted together with the offer form (Appendix 1 to SWZ, hereinafter also referred to as "FO"). 3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered equipment constitute a medical device - within the meaning of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620 as amended as amended, hereinafter referred to as "UoWM"), placed on the market and used in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable regulations. 4. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor, when implementing the subject of the contract, act in accordance with the "do no serious harm" (DNSH) principle, referred to in Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852, including in particular: • ensured that the devices meet energy efficiency requirements, • ensured possession of the required environmental certificates, • ensured minimization of emissions and impacts on environment, • collected and managed waste generated during delivery, installation or servicing in accordance with the waste management hierarchy (prevention, reuse, recycling, recovery, disposal), •transport and installation of devices have been carried out carried out in a way that minimizes the impact on the environment. 5.
