The order is divided into 3 lots for the purchase of laboratory chemical fireplaces for the needs of a chemical and metallurgical university, Sofia:
Lot # 1 "Laboratory chemical fireplace-1st type"-4 pcs.
Lot 2 "Laboratory chemical fireplace-2nd species"-1 pc.
Lot # 3 "Laboratory chemical fireplace-3rd type"-5 pcs.
Predicts Delivery, installation, and commissioning of the equipment is described in the relevant lots. Warranty period and warranty Maintenance: The warranty period of the laboratory fireplaces for lots No. 1, №2 and №3 is at least 2 (two) years.
The contractor provides at his own expense and at his own risk the performance of warranty maintenance and service of the delivered laboratory chemical fireplace within the warranty period, on the spot with the contracting authority, or, as needed, in a service specified by the contractor. The contractor is obliged to provide reliable service and maintenance of delivery within the warranty period and in accordance with the requirements of the technical specification. The period for remedial of warranty damage during the warranty period shall be no more than 10 (ten) working days from the establishment of the damage as a guarantee. All hidden (warranty) defects have emerged during the warranty period be eliminated from and at the expense of the contractor.
