"Delivery, installation and commissioning of a computed tomography scanner together with adaptation works" carried out under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program called FEnIKS as part of the project entitled “Ambulatory Care Center University Center for Maritime and Tropical Medicine" DESCRIPTION: 1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and commissioning of a computed tomography scanner along with adaptation works. 2.The subject of the order must: a) be brand new, year of production min. 4th quarter 2025, not ex-exhibition, not previously used for presentations, complete and after commissioning, ready to work as intended without the need to make any additional purchases and investments, safe for patients and medical staff, b)come from from current series production, without introducing any changes or modifications to the device for the purposes of this order only, c) be introduced before the deadline for submitting offers to the market of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the law Polish, d) have the production date visible on the housing, e) be manufactured in accordance with the essential requirements and safety standards specified for medical devices in the provisions of European Union law and in the provisions of Polish law, f)be compliant with requirements specified in the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices, g) meet the requirements of Polish law on the date of acceptance by the Ordering Party, h) have a minimum 36-month warranty, in accordance with the provisions...
