1. The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly and commissioning of an advanced aircraft visual docking system (AVDGS), with laser parking measurement adapted to all types of aircraft that can be serviced and functioning at individual parking bays at the Port. Gdańsk Airport. Lech Wałęsa.
2. The subject of the order includes:
1) delivery, installation and launch of 9 new docking systems (AVDGS) for aircraft parking at stands 25, 26, 27, 28, 20/20A, 21, 22, 23, 24;
2) training of persons indicated by the Ordering Party in the field of services periodic and operational use of the AVDGS system, subject to the options described below.
3. The Ordering Party provides the following options:
1) Option No. 1 - reconfiguration of existing AVDGS at stations: 20/20A, 21, 22, 23, 24 in order to integrate and adapt - to the newly delivered AVDGS systems of the system - parking spaces: 25, 26, 27, 28
The Contractor may submit an offer for Option No. 1 as part of the offer. An offer that does not include the above option will not be rejected by the Ordering Party.
2) Option no. 2 - installation and configuration of existing (replaced) 5 AVDGS units on designated remote parking lots.
The Contractor may submit an offer for Option No. 2 as part of the offer. An offer that does not include the above option will not be rejected by the Ordering Party.
