Delivery with installation of a 5-axis laser micromachining center - texturing laser 1. The subject of the order is: Delivery and installation of a 5-axis laser micromachining center - texturing laser 2. Detailed description of the item of the order was included in the technical description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The subject of the order is financed under the project entitled "Industrial Metrology Center" (project no.: FEOP.01.03-IP.01-0001/25), co-financed by funds from the European Regional Development Fund under the European Funds for Opole 2021-2027 program. 1. This procedure is conducted as an open tender pursuant to Art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law and this Specification Terms and Conditions of the Order, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ". 2. The estimated value of the contract exceeds the amount specified in the announcement of the President of the Public Procurement Office issued pursuant to Art. 3 section 2 PPL 3. The Ordering Party does not envisage the use of the so-called procedures reverse referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. 4. The Ordering Party does not envisage an electronic auction. 5. The Ordering Party does not plan to submit an offer in the form of electronic catalogues. 6. The Ordering Party does not conduct any proceedings to conclude the contract framework. 7.
