Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of an inspection ship in the form of a RIB hybrid boat.

2 The contracts were factory-new produced in 2025-26, free of technical and legal defects, allowed to trading, to which they have no right people Third and not subject to any proceedings and security.

4. Ordering party It does not allow partial offers, the offer must include the entire subject of the contract. The contracting authority indicates the following reasons for not dividing the contract into parts (Article 91 (2) of the Public Procurement Law):

- The order includes the delivery of an inspection ship in the form of a type of hybrid boat RIB with accompanying equipment. In the contracting authority's opinion, the scope of the subject of the contract in no way justifies its division. The division could only take place relative to Łodź and the accompanying equipment, which does not have any benefits to the Employer and leads to threats in areas of compatibility of devices, hardware and software, exercise of warranty rights at various contractors, etc. The order, despite the lack of division, is suitable for SMEs.
