DELIVERY OF INKS, TONERS AND OTHER CONSUMABLES FOR IT EQUIPMENT The subject of the order is the supply of inks, toners and other consumables for IT equipment in the quantities specified in the offer form - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the order, requirements regarding the implementation of the contract, deliveries, guarantees, and contractual penalties are included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (description of the subject of the contract) and in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - contract template. Assortment specified in the price form, which is an integral part of the offer form, must be brand new, previously unused, delivered in original packaging and meet all the features specified in the price form. The ordering party does not allows the submission of partial offers. As a result of analyzing the possibility of dividing the order into parts, the ordering party decided not to divide it. The subject of the order constitutes a homogeneous product group. The ordering party found that the order was not divided into: parts is justified for the following reasons: Organizational - execution of the order by one contractor streamlines the ordering, delivery and complaint handling process, limiting the risk of delays and uncertainties; Economical - order a larger one volume from one contractor allows you to obtain more favorable prices; Technical and operational - ensuring uniform quality of consumables affects the proper functioning...
