Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the supply of infusion fluids. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 2 to the Specification of Order Conditions. The subject of the order is free from physical and legal defects, brand new, not previously used by third parties, in particular it is not intended to be used for demonstration purposes and is of good quality. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the order in accordance with all the requirements of the Ordering Party indicated in this ToR. All requirements specified in the order documents constitute minimum requirementslne, and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law. If the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the order indicates trademarks, patents or origins, sources ora specific process that characterizes products or services provided by a specific Contractor, it is allowed to offer solutions equivalent to those described, provided that they maintain the same minimum technical, quality and functional parameters.
