a) MIS/ERP information system - for management and support of business, production, stock and service processes. The system must cover key areas of customer orders, production, expeditions, assembly, acceptance, billing, product life cycle and machine maintenance, including advancedAnalytical tools to evaluate the performance and efficiency of individual processes. The system must be modular, scalable, user -customizable, technically open to integration with existing and future systems, and must not depend on the supplier's interventions for common adjustments to functions and processes. AllRequirements are defined in accordance with the aim of achieving a high level of digitization, automation and efficiency of the company's operational activities. The delivery also includes users' training and technical support. (hereinafter referred to as "Delivery No. 1" and/or "Information System" S/or "MIS/ERP Information System").Detailed technical specification of delivery no. 1 is listed in Annex 1 to this tender documentation. b) Software for paperless production - the system will ensure electronic support for planning, monitoring and management of production at individual workplaces while allowing centralized production recordsData and their use for further processing and optimization of traffic. The main objective is to increase the level of digitization, ensure data continuity between production sites and support automation, traceability and efficiency of production operations. Emphasis is placed on user -friendliness, compatibility withCommon industrial standards and integration ability with other information systems.
