The subject of the public contract is the supply of the information system (hereinafter referred to as the IS) for electronic ordering of the transport of patients, doctors and biological material of the contracting authority, including service support for 48 months.
Part of the subject of the Public Procurement are:
• Detailed implementation analysis
• Information delivery system
• Delivery of a license for unlimited use of information system
• Implementation (installation and setting) of information system
• Training of users and administrators
• Support for information system users during testing and starting sharp operation
• Providing a warranty on the functioning of the IS for a period of time 48 months
The description of the current state is given in Annex 5 of this tender documentation. The dates of performance will take place according to the Terms and Conditions specified in the Labor Agreement - Annex No. 2 documentation.
