A more detailed specification of deliveries, including the estimated volume of collection and the place of their fulfillment, is given in the binding draft of the Framework Agreement for the relevant type of inert material and also in the relevant Annex No. 8a - 8h of the procurement documentation, which contains a description of the centers and the requirements of the Client for the type and amount of inert material for each part of the Public Contract, and which is marked as "Sand price list for the centers of Silnic LK a.s." for parts 1 - 4, respectively "Aggregate price list - inert material for Silnic LK centers a.s." for parts 5 - 8 (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer Price").
