Tender Details

1. Subject of the order.

As part of the implementation of this order, the Contractor undertakes to sell and deliver to the Ordering Party for remuneration (delivery) industrial fittings approved for trading on the intra-Community (CE) market, the type and maximum quantities of which are specified in the appendixnik no. 1 for specifications.

2. Delivery conditions.

1) The industrial fittings will be delivered by the Contractor upon the Ordering Party's orders, successively, in batches, during the duration of the contract in a maximum of 30 batches.

2) The quantity and type of industrial fittings that will be delivered in one batch dependsdepending on the needs of the Ordering Party and will be specified in the written order.

3) Orders for the delivery of industrial fittings will be submitted and forwarded to the Contractor by e-mail.

4) The Contractor undertakes to deliver the industrial fittings listed in Annex No. 1 to the Specification within 21 days byd date of transfer of the order to the Contractor.

5) The Contractor will be obliged to notify the Ordering Party about the preparation of the ordered delivery of industrial fittings by phone or e-mail, no later than 1 day before the required delivery date.

6) Place of delivery - the Mine's warehouseSoli "Wieliczka" S.A., 32 - 020 Wieliczka, Park Kingi 1.

7) Delivery hours to the "Wieliczka" Salt Mine are set on working days from Monday to Friday from: 7.00 - 13.00.

8) The Contractor is obliged to deliver industrial fittings at his own expense and on his own.
