The public procurement is for the supply of individual tactical equipment through the conclusion of framework agreements for two independently identified items, as follows:
Dedicated position No. 1 "Shoulder Tactical System";
Item #2 "Eight-Item Tactical Belt System" includes shipping of Tactical Belt System, Pistol Holster, Dual Pistol Magazine Pocket, Dual AK Magazine Pocket, Gas Mask Pocket, Grenade Pocket, Flashlight Pocket, and Individual Medical Pack Pocket.
All products must be new, unused and manufactured by 12 month before delivery.
The requirements for the parameters and characteristics of the delivered products for each of the independently identified items from the subject of the order are described in detail in the technical specifications, attached in the electronic section of the relevant item in the CAIS EOP.
The term of validity of the framework agreements for each individual item is 3 years, counted from the date of its signing by the parties. The deadline for the execution of deliveries under a specific contract is at the proposal of the participant in his technical proposal, but not longer than 6 months from the date of conclusion his.
Each participant has the right to submit an offer for one or all of the selected positions under this order.
Conclusion of a framework agreement for a period of 3 years for the supply by purchase of 5, 476 pieces of "Shoulder Tactical System" in accordance with the requirements of technical specification TS Ж 71.4946.2...
