Tender Details

1. The subject of the contract is delivery along with the implementation of systems supporting cybersecurity in UKE.

2. The subject of the basic contract was divided into three parts:

- Part 1: Delivery and launch of the xDR class solution (Extended Detection and Response) - advanced software protection of workstations.

- Part 2: Modernization and update, owned by the Ordering Party of the Analytical and Observation Platform, ElasticSearch Stack to the new generation, supporting collection, processing, correlation, analysis and visualization of telemetry data and events from many sources i.e. Security Information and Event Management (Siem).

- Part 3: Delivery and launch of the NDR class (Network Detection and Response) - advanced network protection software against cyber security threats in the Employer's infrastructure.

Order from the right option:

Ordering allows on the basis of art. 441 of the PZP Act, exercising the right of options.

The contracting authority is entitled to exercise the right of options, under which he may order (within individual parts) the following activities:

For Part 1:

1) obtaining extension of software rights and manufacturer's support Software for the next 12 months, which constitute the contractor's obligation to provide by a third party in accordance with art. 391 KC I/or

2) substantive support of the Contractor for Administrators of the xDR of the Ordering Party in the amount of 50 hours in a period of 12 months, counting o...
