Local Government Beringen is looking for a registration and reservation platform for the diverse range of activities that are organized from the city services for various services. This offer can be aimed at both individuals and groups.
Primary services that will useMaking this umbrella booking system:
-Visit Beringen (ticketing visitors Mijnmuseum, Guided tours, Mijnzondagen, Bicycle rental, Playground Reservation, ...)
library (school visits, reading afternoons, ...)
Dienstencentrum Klitsberg (Meal Times, Buurtsterant, WorkssHOPS, ...)
In addition, the software must be easy to expand the operation of other services, we think of:
service living together (intercultural activities, digisessions, etc.)
service Ondernemen (entrepreneurial activities)
strategic cell environment (Boomingen Boomt)
Given the current agreement with regard to room reservation, the software must also offer a solution for the rental of rooms and associated facilities. In concrete terms, this currently concerns 16 complexes with 100 halls (attention: combined rooms are includedd as a separate room).
In the current room reservation system, around 900 customers were currently registered (private individuals, actual associations, organization/association). Please note: here too the software must be flexible in the number of complexes/halls as well as in the number of customers so that hey...
