The subject of the order is the design, delivery, implementation, configuration, integration, launch and maintenance of a comprehensive IT system for the implementation of the tasks of the Digital Medicine Center of the National Institute of Cardiology, hereinafter referred to as the "Digital Medicine Center System" ("CMC System" / "System"), together with conducting training, providing documentation and providing service and technical support. 2. The Ordering Party expects the delivery, implementation and launch of a coherent, integrated ICT environment supporting the implementation of the tasks of the Digital Medicine Center of the National Institute of Cardiology. The Ordering Party's intention is not to purchase a single, isolated tool or a set of independent products, but to implement one CMC System, including a set of cooperating functional components that perform tasks in the areas of medical data management and integration, data analytics, AI/ML, clinical process support, biobank, medical documentation and synthetic data. 3.
