Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: "Delivery, implementation and integration of IT systems and purchase of equipment for the St. Jadwiga the Queen Provincial Clinical Hospital in Rzeszów", divided into parts: a)Part 1: Anesthesia card - digitalization, integration from HIS b)Part 2: Purchase of a system for digital patient consents, interviews and medical forms with integration with the HIS system c)Part 3: Medical infrastructure and inspection management system d)Part 4: Purchase of scanners for digitizing documentation medical (10 pcs.) The contractor undertakes to implement the subject of the order in accordance with the principle of "not causing serious environmental damage" (DNSH). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in the following attachments: 1) Description of the Subject of the Order - Annex No. 9A, 9B, 9C, 9D to SWZ; 2) Draft provisions of the public procurement contract - Annex No. 10A, 10B, 10C, 10D to the SWZ. ORDER COMPLETION DEADLINE The contractor is obliged to complete the order within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, however, no later than May 31, 2026 for each part of the order. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of extending the deadline to July 15, 2026. after obtaining consent from the Ministry of Health to extend the project implementation deadline The ordering party may invalidate the contract award procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to use to finance all or part of the contract were not awarded to it, in accordance with Art. 257 settings...
