The subject of the order is: Delivery of implants used in neurosurgery Task 1 - Screws for stabilization of C2 type II fracture + instruments Task 2 - Raney clips with an applicator Task 3 - Artificial tire Task 4 - External closed lumbar drainage, closed external chamber drainage Task 5 - Preparation for cranioplasty Task 6 - Skull bone prosthesis Task 7 - Disposable materials for the drill set The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. Individual tasks are parts of the order specified above, i.e. tasks 1 to 7 The Ordering Party informs that the Contractor may submit an offer for a maximum of 7 tasks (without limiting the number of tasks per one Contractor).
