Subject of the order: Delivery of implants for surgery trauma and orthopedics. The subject of the order has been divided into 4 parts/Packages, each of which constitutes a separate subject of the order: Package No. 1 - Delivery of intramedullary nails Package No. 2 - Delivery of LCP BOARDS Package No. 3 - Delivery of a bone substitute ( paste) Package No. 4 - Supply of implants for reconstruction in the knee joint 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. The submitted offers must include the full scope of the subject matter of the contract in a given scope package. 3. The subject and conditions of the implementation of this order should be in accordance with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices and Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 5, 2017 on medical devices medical devices or Regulation (EU) 2017/746 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on in vitro diagnostic medical devices (if applicable) and other applicable legal provisions in this regard, if offered the item is a medical device. 4. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law.
