1. The subject of the order is the supply of implants: joint endoprostheses, revision systems, molds for temporary endoprostheses, cementing accessories, implants for the reconstruction of the shoulder joint for the Międzyleski Specialist Hospital in Warsaw. 2. The subject of the order was divided into 18 task groups, in terms of quantities and range shown in the Price Forms constituting an integral part of this ToR. 3. The offer may apply to all or selected Tasks. Not allowed submitting offers partial within individual Tasks. 4. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. 5. Each Contractor has the right to submit only one offer. Submission by one Contractor more than one offer or an offer containing alternatives results in rejection of all offers submitted by a given Contractor. 6. Product range offered in the tender procedure (listed in the Price Forms) it must be consistent with the description of the subject of the order and must meet the admission conditions to trade in health care facilities in accordance with applicable law. 7. Failure to meet any of the required parameters gives rise to the Ordering Party's rejection of the offer. 8.
