1. The subject of the order is the supply of implants for dynamic cervical interbody stabilization of the ACIF type in accordance with the requirements contained in Annex 1 to this specification.2. Validity period: min. 12 months from the date of delivery. 3. Additional conditions regarding the subject of the order: a. The Contractor undertakes to deliver and deposit the subject of the order together with the instruments free of charge at the Ordering Party's registered office (Kraków, os. Zlotej Jesieni 1) for the duration of the contract. The contractor will be obliged to: free supplementation and servicing of the instruments provided to the Buyer under the contract in question. b. The contractor will be obliged to provide the instruments along with a list or photos of the tools.4. In the case of offering new products, no used so far by the Ordering Party, the Contractor will be obliged to train the Ordering Party's staff free of charge at the Ordering Party's headquarters (Kraków, os. Zlotej Jesieni 1), no later than within 30 days from signing the contract, ending with the issuance of personal certificates confirming employees' participation in the training.
