Tender Details

The subject of the order is:

Delivery of implantable materials for cardiac surgery

Task. 1- Pericardial patches

Task. 2- Biological mitral valves

The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers.

Parts of the order are the individual tasks specified above, i.e. tasks from 1 to 2.

Forthe speaker informs that the Contractor may submit an offer for a maximum of 2 tasks.

(without limiting the number of tasks per one Contractor).

A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 2b.

3.3. The Ordering Party's requirements regarding the subject of the order:

1) the offered medical device must have a certificatey, certificates and be registered in accordance with the legal provisions requiring approvals, certificates and registration,

2) the offered medical device must be placed on the market and used in accordance with the requirements of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws Laws of 2022, item 974 as amended amended),

3) the offered medical device must comply with the standards or technical specifications applicable to this product;

If the offered medical device does not require notification to the President of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products, the Contractoris obliged to perform, at its own expense and on its own, all activities necessary to fulfill all legal requirements related to placing the product on the market and for use in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
