1. The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment necessary for the operation of the serology laboratory located within the structure of the Redzki Hospital of the Sacred Heart of Jesus sp. z o. o. - Delivery of an immunohematology analyzer along with the necessary accessories and consumable materials (the description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ).2. The Contractor will deliver medical equipment to the Ordering Party and install it in the place indicated by the Ordering Party within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.3. The contractor will provide training designated laboratory staff to operate the supplied equipment.4. Offered: equipment, reagents must meet the conditions specified by law allowing them to be traded in the territory of the Republic of Poland, including, in particular, if applicable, the conditions specified in the Act of 07. April 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620).5. The Contractor, no later than on the day of installation of the equipment at the Ordering Party, will provide full documentation of the installed devices, including: technical passports, maintenance cards, certificates conformity/declaration of conformity, operating instructions in Polish.6.
