1.1. The subject of the order is the supply of ICT infrastructure with software for the Specialist Municipal Hospital. M. Copernicus University in Toruń divided into parts. 1.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order for each part is included Annex No. 1 to SWZ, Description of the subject of the order, which is also an assortment and price form. 1.3.The offered systems, licenses and services must comply with applicable legal regulations, in particular with respect to: a)data protection personal, b) maintaining, processing and archiving medical records, c) interoperability of IT systems in health care, d)-requirements specified for Electronic Medical Records and data exchange with national systems, incl including P1 and CEZ. All solutions must ensure full compatibility with the IT systems owned by the Ordering Party, unless the description of the subject of the order provides otherwise. 1.4. The ordering party divides the order into 12 parts. Ordering party does not limit the number of parts of the order submitted by one Contractor. One Contractor may submit an offer for the entire order or for any number of its parts. The offer must include all product items listed in Annex 1, respectively for each part.
