Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is the supply of ICT devices to ensure voice communication for the needs of the Police units of the Małopolska garrison.

2) Detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order.

3)Devices must be factorybrand new, not used in other projects, free from physical and legal defects.

4) Devices and software delivered under the contract must be intended for sale on the European Union market.

5) Devices and its components delivered under the order must not be maybe they know each otherbe included, at the time of submitting offers, on the list of items intended by the manufacturer to be withdrawn from production, sale or service.

6) The Ordering Party does not allow the delivery of refurbished equipment.

7) The Ordering Party requires a minimum of 36 months warranty for the delivered devices. TheseThe warranty period runs from the date of signing the order acceptance report that does not indicate any defects or deficiencies.

8) The production date of the device cannot be earlier than 12 months from the date of receipt at the KWP warehouse in Krakow, counted from the date of signing the acceptance report.

9) Due to on possessiony by the ordering party of the Cisco CUCM telephony system in version v14.1, in the subsections regarding IP phones, devices should be used that are fully supported and compatible with the existing system owned by the ordering party.
