Delivery of the ICP-MS quadrupole mass spectrometer with equipment. Reference: AGZ.272.10.2026 1. The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning as well as training of the Ordering Party's employees in the operation of a quadrupole mass spectrometer. ICP-MS along with equipment, hereinafter referred to as the "spectrometer" or "equipment" in the SWZ, to the registered office of the Ordering Party indicated in the description of the subject of the order, i.e.: Provincial Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Kraków, ul. Prądnicka 76, 31-202 Kraków, w office days and hours, i.e. Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 2. The subject and scope of the order has been described in detail: a) in Annex A to the SWZ - technical parameters and requirements; b) in the contract template constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered service, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to perform the order, both as main elements and components, elements of the service provision environment or solution accompanying, did not include: - ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Art. 33 section 4 of the Act of July 5, 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest state security (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, items 20 and 252); - an ICT product whose type was specified in the decision to recognize the supplier as a high-risk supplier referred to in Art. 67b section 15 of the Act on...
