Tender Details

The subject of the order is the supply of kits for testing hybrid hydrogen drives, under: European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 (Fund for Just Transformation). The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 4 to SWZ.Ogle requirements1. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be brand new, of full value, free from any defects and damage, without previous use.2. The ordering party requires that the subject of the order complies with the recommendations, standards and applicable regulations technical and operational requirements applicable in the Republic of Poland and the European Union (CE declarations). 3. The Contractor undertakes to deliver, at his own expense, all elements that are part of the subject of the order, along with documentation technical documentation initiated by the manufacturer, warranty cards and documents specifying the rules for the provision of services during the warranty period.4. The minimum warranty period for the offered contract item cannot be shorter than 24 months (in the case of a shorter deadline, the offer will be rejected in accordance with Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law because its content will be inconsistent with the terms of the contract...
