1. The subject of the order is the delivery of one brand new HPC/AI server, intended for high-performance computing, machine learning and computational tasks in the research environment and scientific infrastructure, as well as a service package. Purchase will be implemented as part of the project: Interdisciplinary Pomeranian Digital Medicine Center (IP_CMC) financed by the Medical Research Agency (contract no.: 2023/ABM/02/00018).2. The subject of the order is described in detail in Annex 3 to this ToR, containing a description of the subject of the order.3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered equipment covered by the subject of the order: a) be brand new, unused, come from the official distribution channel for the EU market, free from any defects and damages and not be subject to any rights third parties, b) be manufactured no earlier than 12 months before delivery, c) meet all requirements and standards imposed on such products by Polish law, d) have a CE declaration of conformity or a CE certificate confirming that the delivered products meet specific standards or technical specifications.
