The assignment consists of:
Lot 1: "Delivery of hot meals at home for people with reduced self-reliance 2025-2028
Explanation: Delivery location: Municipality of Oud-Turnhout
Lot 2: "Delivering hot meals for the local service center Eigenaard 2025-2028
Explanation: Home delivery of freshly prepared hot meals, both regular and diet meals, consisting of soup, main course and dessert, intended for residents of Oud-Turnhout. The distribution of warm meals happens every working day. For weekends and public holidays, there must be the option to order a cold or reheated meal. This meal must be delivered the day before or the same day. The meals must comply with the provisions set by the commissioning board. The delivery must be done at the clients' home with staff and logistical support from the supplier. Invoicing is done directly by the supplier to the individual users. The local service center Eigenaard introduces the clients to the supplier, as well as the (social) rate what is used.
