1. The subject of the order is the supply of 16 hospital beds with electric regulation and equipment for the 115th Military Hospital of the SPZOZ outpatient clinic in Hel.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order as well as the required parameters and boundary conditions are described in the annex No. 2 to SWZ - technical and operational form.3. The subject of the order offered by the Contractor must: be approved for trading and use on the Polish market, in accordance with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620), meet requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the SWZ, including the conditions specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
