Public procurement proceedings is conducted in an open tender pursuant to Art. 132 et seq. of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter also referred to as "Pzp". Proceedings with an order value above the thresholds EU regulations specified in the announcement of the President of the Public Procurement Office issued pursuant to Art. 3 of the Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party envisages the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the Ordering Party will first carry out an examination and evaluation of the offers, and then will subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings. The subject of the order is the supply of HIS class systems, solutions enabling the fulfillment of the pillars of the KPO D1.1.2 program as an implementation of the application to the National Recovery and Resilience Plan - KPO No. KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0198/25.
