Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of heparins to SPZZOZ in Wyszkow2. The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 - Detailed price offer, and Annex No. 5 - Contract template.3. The offered medicinal products must be authorized for marketing and use in accordance with applicable regulations and laws pharmaceutical law of September 6, 2001 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 612, as amended) and published in the current Official List of Medicinal Products authorized for marketing in the territory of the Republic of Poland, on the principles set out in Art. 3 or 4 section 1 and 2 or art. 4a of the Pharmaceutical Law Act.4. Validity date the subject of the order must be at least 12 months, unless the Manager of the Hospital Pharmacy agrees to a shorter period from the date of delivery.
